Discover The Difference

I am a 21 year old college student in San Angelo, Texas. I have been consistently working out for a little over 2 years, I had learned a lot about diet, exercise, and general health. However, I had some issues with an eating disorder, diet consistency, and self-consciousness when it came to food. I was 100% comfortable with being completely open and honest, whether it be the good, bad, or in between. I never hesitated to tell Jonathan how I felt at any time, physically or mentally. I was able to provide feedback of what I did and didn’t like, felt I could and couldn’t do, and of any struggles I was undergoing to him so he could adjust our plan accordingly. He never failed to impress me with his knowledge, passion, professionalism, confidentiality  and honesty throughout the entire process. Within 2 months, Jonathan had me in a much healthier relationship with food not only for results and better health/fitness in general, but also the mental side of being able to go out, eat away from home, travel, and experience life as you should without feeling trapped under the rock of an eating disorder. It has been 3 months since I’ve been off on my own, and I am consistently be able to balance, sustain, and hold a consistent a healthy diet while being able to live life and not miss out on all the fun tastes and experiences of the world. I would highly recommended Jonathan and any of the staff at Dissent Athletics to anyone seeking advice, help, knowledge, or accountability at any point in their diet, fitness, training, or daily health journey. I cannot say enough good things, I greatly appreciate what they were able to do for me.
