I am a 21 year old college student in San Angelo, Texas. I have been consistently working out for a little over 2 years, I had learned a lot about diet, exercise, and general health. However, I had some issues with an eating disorder, diet consistency, and self-consciousness when it came to food. I was 100% comfortable with being completely open and honest, whether it be the good, bad, or in between. I never hesitated to tell Jonathan how I felt at any time, physically or mentally.
